ALL Legends are Catch able

Each Legend will have their own Sub Story each will tie in to a big Story(Certain legends)

Arceus
--Available By Password (Secret as of now)
--Catch Every Legend (except Arceus)

Giratina
-- Available By Password
-- Special event where you go into the Distortion World and Normal World,

Dialga/ Palkia
-- Awaken them ***

Mewtwo
-- Find His Island (after E4)

Mew
-- Find his DNA and take him to Professor Oak
Then a Special Event will occur

Darkrai
-- Random Encounter (not Wild)
-- Password (ICDARKNESS) At a Special Place

Deoxys
-- Space Event

Suicune
-Special Lake in one of the regions

Entei
-Special volcanic cave in the volcano region

Raikou
-Special mountainside on one of the regions

Ho-oh
-Your able to go on a plane to a different region from the region you are in now and make a pit stop in Ekruteak City and you find Ho-oh in the tower.

Lugia
-Your on a cruise and you pass by Johto and you have to stop at Cinawood City because of the Whirlpools, and you go check them out to find Lugia.

I can think of some good plots for what happens with these legend encounters if you want...
but perhaps we should think of the mascot first and how everything ties in with the game

Avery, is it ok if I have dibs on Lugia, Zapdos. Palkia, Latias, Latios, Manaphy, Celebi and Suicune (and MissingNo) for my region in the game, which arent that many legends but I have plans for them
