My own Fan Pokémon for this game - Dismorce

Dismorce is a Pokémon with no weakneses, but is hit neutral by 11 Pokémon Types anyway. It is fairly bulky, but is mainly designed for Special Attacking and having good HP. It would probably be beaten by Uber tier Pokémon, but it could run rampant in the OU tier. Dismorce also runs some weird non-damaging moves that can do a various number of things to effect the match as well as his powerful special attacking attacks. There are also some fairly novelty attacks on him if you want to try something different.
